In Miami’s neighbor to the north, Fort Lauderdale, the legendary Pier Sixty-Six, which once welcomed the likes of Frank Sinatra, has just reopened with 325 rooms and suites, many with Intracoastal, marina or ocean views; 12 restaurants; a 13,000-sq.-ft. spa; and a 164-slip marina. Its rotating 17th-floor Pier Top Bar will open this month to provide guests with the city’s only 360-degree panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
